Sinead Fahey

HR CONSULTANT

Hello!

Here's who I am & what I do

My name is Sinéad Fahey, I’m 25 years old and I am from County Kildare, Ireland. Currently, I am a student of Business and Human Resources at Griffith College, Dublin. I come from a proud farming and racehorse background and while HR might not traditionally be associated with that world, my circumstances have motivated me to learn how people are managed and taken care of, especially in cases where HR does not take precedence.

My primary focus within human resource management lies in assisting clients during workplace investigations and offering support in employee relations and HR compliance. When it comes to sensitive organisational issues, I prefer a consultant role where I can assist companies in dealing with challenges objectively and professionally.

Throughout my studies and work experience, I’ve developed key skills in conflict resolution, active listening, problem-solving, discretion, communication, and employment law. I’m especially interested in the strategic side of HR and how clear processes and empathy can transform workplace culture.

Aside from my professional commitments, you’ll usually find me at a GAA match or out horse riding,  two lifelong passions that keep me grounded and connected to my roots.
